They said that my unlock would be delivered within 1-3 working days, and it took them 6 days to unlock the iCloud. It's not the amount of time that is the problem because 6 days is not too long. Its just1) they should have put a longer estimate on their site, and2) their response to my query about where the unlock was included " ... Please note all times provided on our website are for guidelines only as they are dependent on the network and suppliers" suggesting that I should not have taken their estimate of "1-3 working days (not including weekends)" literally. I would suggest restating their estimates of 2-10 days or something where the upper limit is in fact an upper limit. ( minus one star)In the end I would recommend this service to anyone because it works but you have to be aware that it may take longer than their estimates.
